Hello! I have been practicing counseling for over 18 years. My passion is working with older teenagers and adults, providing general mental health counseling. I have advanced training and certification in working with the LGBTQ+ community and I am a gender affirming therapist. I also use EMDR to treat trauma. I have provided counseling services in a variety of different settings including residential housing, homeless outreach, partial hospitalization, Department of Child Safety, child crisis hospitalization, and in a group practice. My therapy approach is used to empower, motivate, educate, and support individuals and families in a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere. I graduated from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, with my Masters degree in Social Work.

I work with adolescents and adults and specialize in eating disorders, body image, and trauma and PTSD.I utilize multiple approaches in my work, such as EMDR, internal family systems, art therapy, prompted journaling, psychoeducation, and mindfulness. I strive to provide my clients with a safe and supportive environment to process and achieve their goals. I have previous work experience in community mental health agencies, animal-assisted therapy, and outpatient mental health care. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona, and my Masters of Social Work from Arizona State University. I look forward to working with you.
