If you are experiencing any general mental health issue, I would love to help. I specialize in using EMDR to treat trauma. I have over two years of counseling experience in community mental health, working with victims and offenders of domestic violence, those transitioning out of prison and individuals experiencing substance abuse.

I provide an empathetic, supportive, nurturing, judgment free and engaging space for you to process, learn new coping skills and make changes. I enjoy helping my clients find a purpose for life and a life worth living. I am trained in EMDR, ACT, and Polyvagal. I am a level 1 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-I). I graduated with my Master's in Social Work from Arizona State University. I look forward to working with you!

Hello! I have been practicing counseling for over 18 years. My passion is working with older teenagers and adults, providing general mental health counseling. I have advanced training and certification in working with the LGBTQ+ community and I am a gender affirming therapist. I also use EMDR to treat trauma. I have provided counseling services in a variety of different settings including residential housing, homeless outreach, partial hospitalization, Department of Child Safety, child crisis hospitalization, and in a group practice. My therapy approach is used to empower, motivate, educate, and support individuals and families in a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere. I graduated from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, with my Masters degree in Social Work.
