Hello! Where there is help there is hope. As a social worker I believe that all people deserve the help and support that they need to achieve the life that they desire. Life is full of challenges, and I am here to help you navigate those times. I have four years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults to help support those struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, substance use, grief, loss, self-harm and suicidal ideation. I also have experience working with the young adult and adult populations. I am trained to provide cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectal behavioral therapy. Together we can work to build coping skills, healthy thought patterns, and better emotional regulation. Reaching out for help is the first step towards building a life where you thrive. I have previously worked as a school social worker, crisis and suicide prevention. I graduated from Arizona State University in 2021 with my Master’s Degree in Social Work. I am a compassionate therapist with over 10 years of counseling experience specializing in working with teenagers and adults with trauma, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, family relationship problems, anger, grief and loss, life changes and navigating adulthood. I am EMDR trained and use EMDR to help process trauma. I can help you move from feeling stuck and incapable of change to a place of freedom and relief. In addition to EMDR, I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Polyvagal Theory, Solution Focused and Internal Family Systems. I also implement expressive arts therapy into my sessions, such as art-based interventions, guided mediation or journaling. These creative methods can help clients tap into their inner wisdom, cultivate self-awareness, and develop coping strategies to live a more fulfilling life. I provide compassionate and effective therapy to teens (13+) and adults who have symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harming, self-esteem issues, life transitions, grief, ADHD, anger, addiction, bipolar, along with other challenges. My diverse background includes working with juveniles in the probation system, as well as serving as a social worker in high schools, where I collaborated on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), provided support to teens in the foster care system, crisis intervention, and supported staff and student population. Additionally, with a deep understanding of military culture and firsthand experience in the Coast Guard, I bring a unique perspective to my clients, especially in supporting active-duty service members and veterans.

I work with teens 16+, Adults, First Responders, and Veterans who are experiencing Complex PTSD, PTSD, Sleep-Related Issues including Nightmares, Anger, Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders, Suicidal Ideation, Self-Esteem Issues, ADHD, and Problems in Relationships. I am a Certified First Responder Counselor (CFRC) who is trained in the Flash Technique and love seeing my client’s experience such quick improvement in processing trauma related memories! I am also trained in anger management and CBT-I (Insomnia).
