Greetings! I provide a compassionate environment to Adults needing support with whatever life throws at them. If you are experiencing any general mental health issue, I would love to help. I specialize in using EMDR to treat trauma. I have over two years of counseling experience in community mental health, working with victims and offenders of domestic violence, those transitioning out of prison and individuals experiencing substance abuse.
You will find that I am easy to talk to, warm and friendly. I provide an empathetic, supportive, nurturing, judgment free and engaging space for you to process, learn new coping skills and make changes. I enjoy helping my clients find a purpose for life and a life worth living. I am trained in EMDR, ACT, and Polyvagal. I am a level 1 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-I). I graduated with my Master's in Social Work from Arizona State University. I look forward to working with you!
