Hello! I specialize in working with teenagers (15+) and adults, navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, trauma, self-esteem, stress, grief and loss, and identity exploration. I’m especially passionate about supporting those in the BIPOC communities. As a therapist, I believe in a warm, collaborative, and human-centered approach to healing. I view each person as a whole—mind, body, and spirit—and honor the unique experiences, identities, and strengths each client brings to the therapy space. My role is to walk alongside you as you explore what’s working in your life, what’s feeling heavy, and what healing and growth could look like for you. In our work together, I pull from evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and trauma-informed care. I also incorporate holistic practices such as breathwork, inner child work, somatic techniques to support healing on a deeper level. Therapy with me is flexible and collaborative — we’ll go at your pace, together. My goal is to provide a safe, affirming, and compassionate space for you to be seen, heard, and supported without judgment. Together, we’ll focus not just on symptom relief but on long-term growth, empowerment, and helping you reconnect with the fullest, truest version of yourself. I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
Welcome! I believe therapy should feel like a safe and welcoming space where you can be fully yourself. I am passionate about helping teens and adults feel heard, supported, and empowered as they navigate life's challenges. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship struggles, or self-esteem issues, I aim to create a space where you can strengthen your connection to yourself and others. I also specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals in building confidence and living authentically.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate, using techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness practices. I am committed to meeting each client where they are with acceptance, patience, and encouragement. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix and have experience working in both community mental health and private practice settings.
