Welcome! I have over 2 years of counseling experience working with children, teenagers, families, and young adults. If you are experiencing symptoms of Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, Anger, Depression, Grief, Oppositional Defiance, Self-Esteem Problems, Self-Harming Behavior, Stress, Suicidal Ideations, Insomnia, and PTSD, then I would love to help. I am trained in using CBT, DBT, Play Therapy, Sand Tray, Expressive Arts Therapy, IFS, and ACT. I believe that all individuals are their own experts in their life and I strive to serve as a guide to help and support everyone through their journey. I am here to hold hope and compassion for those I work with, especially at times when it’s hard to do that for yourself. I offer a space that is nonjudgmental, safe, empathetic and caring, while also helping you learn new coping skills to manage any of your challenges. I graduated from Arizona State University in 2023 with my Master’s Degree in Counseling and received my Bachelor’s in Psychology from California State University in Sacramento. Hello! My name is Daniel. I have extensive experience working with children, teens, and adults in crisis, anxiety and suicide prevention for 6 years with an additional two years experience working extensively on trauma in a therapy setting. Building rapport and connecting with clients has always been important to me in building a successful therapeutic relationship. It is my goal to make clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. My primary approach to working with clients is in the use of CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and IFS. I obtained my Master in Social Work from Arizona State University and am dedicated to making sure that you get the care you deserve.
Hello! I am a Licensed Social Worker with a passion for working with adolescents and adults. I work with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, substance use, body image, eating disorders, trauma, low self-esteem, peer and family challenges, boundary challenges, co-dependency, stress, and life transitions. I utilize multiple approaches in my work, such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, internal family systems, art therapy, prompted journaling, psychoeducation, and mindfulness. I strive to provide my clients with a safe and supportive environment to process and achieve their goals. I have previous work experience in community mental health agencies, animal-assisted therapy, and outpatient mental health care. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona, and my Masters of Social Work from Arizona State University. I look forward to working with you.

I specialize in working with children ages 6+, adolescents, adults, and elderly who struggle with anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, self-esteem, relationships, trauma, and grief and loss. I believe in walking with my clients through their difficult moments, building coping skills, and promoting a healthy mental health lifestyle. I have previously worked in corrections as a transitional counselor in a treatment community, a traveling therapist around the valley for clients in assisted living and group homes, and as a community mental health therapist. I have completed trainings in CBT and DBT, and I utilize these techniques along with talk therapy. I completed my undergraduate education in Social Work at the University of Wyoming and my graduate degree in Social Work at Boise State University. I am looking forward to working with you.

I am here for you and provide you with a safe and trustworthy space to open up. I actively listen and provide education, processing and coping skills to help you manage what it is you are going through. The types of therapy techniques I use are EMDR to process trauma, person-centered, supportive counseling, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, trauma-focused therapy and family systems. I have several years of experience working with adults in private practice and community mental health, along with working with children in an elementary school.
