Welcome! With over 20 years of general mental health counseling experience, working with children, teenagers and adults, in various settings, I decided to start this group practice in the summer of 2021. We continue to grow as being one of the leading mental health outpatient counseling practices in the valley. I ensure that all of my counselors on my team feel as though they are completely supported and equipped with the knowledge, skills and experience necessary to provide a high level of care to all clients we serve. The practice is held to a high standard both professionally and ethically. My therapists all hold a Master's Degrees and they all have specialized, advanced trainings in areas of their interests. No matter what you are going through, we are sure to have someone on our team who can help! I graduated in 2007 with my Masters in Social Work from Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri. We would gladly welcome you to begin with us!
Hello! My name is Daniel. I have extensive experience working with children, teens, and adults in crisis, anxiety and suicide prevention for 6 years with an additional two years experience working extensively on trauma in a therapy setting. Building rapport and connecting with clients has always been important to me in building a successful therapeutic relationship. It is my goal to make clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. My primary approach to working with clients is in the use of CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and IFS. I obtained my Master in Social Work from Arizona State University and am dedicated to making sure that you get the care you deserve.
Hello and Welcome! I provide a compassionate environment for Teenagers (16+) and Adults needing support with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, life changes, stress, self-esteem, relationship issues, including emotional and physical abuse. I am LGBTQIA+ allied.
My treatment approaches include CBT, DBT, EMDR, Parts Work, Polyvagal Therapy and Somatic Exercises. I believe that a trusting relationship is built from being accepted and seen for who we are. You will find that I am nonjudgemental, accepting and compassionate. With that, I develop a feeling of safety, offer validation and encourage empowerment. I have over 3 years of counseling experience and have previously provided counseling in private practice. I received my Bachelors and Master’s degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. I am looking forward to meeting you!

I strive to provide my clients with a safe and supportive environment to process and achieve their goals. I have previous work experience in community mental health agencies, animal-assisted therapy, and outpatient mental health care. Welcome! I specialize in working with children ages 6+, adolescents, adults, and elderly who struggle with anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, self-esteem, relationships, trauma, and grief and loss.
