Darrian Dumais, LAC

Welcome! I provide general mental health counseling for children, adolescents, teens, and young adults.  As a therapist, I take a client-centered and strengths-based approach, and strive to always be a welcoming, non-judgmental, and empowering presence for my clients. In sessions, I incorporate interventions from a variety of evidence-based therapies and have training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy.  I have several years of counseling experience working with children and teens, including having been a trauma therapist, school counselor, and support group facilitator for children of divorced or separated parents.  I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist for Individuals (CCTS-I) through the Trauma Institute International. I am also a member of the American Counseling Association, and the Association for Child and Adolescent Counseling. I earned both my Master’s degree in Counseling and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Arizona (Go Wildcats!)  I would be honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey!

Ariel Heller, LAC

Welcome!  I believe everyone at every age and stage has the power within for self-growth and healing, and I am ready to walk that path with you.  I work with adults and use a combination of talk-based (such as unlearning negative self-speech) and somatic body-based (things like grounding to calm the body) interventions to address issues holistically while respecting your authority and expertise on your lived experiences. I primarily work with all general mental health issues, along with adult autism and the LGBTQIA+ community. I have worked within community mental health agencies, the local public school system, and an inpatient facility, and I have lived experience as a full-time caregiver, a member of the queer community, and an Air Force veteran.  I strive to facilitate a safe, anti-racist, queer-allied, collaborative, accessible space, and I welcome feedback on how I can help make therapy accessible for you.  Reaching out is the first step, I look forward to hearing from you!

Zohar Spiegel, LMSW

Hello! I work with adults experiencing all general mental health issues. My commitment is to create a safe and nonjudgmental place where you can increase your sense of hope and self-worth, stretch beyond your comfort zone, explore your true self, and embrace the growth process.

I use a combination of evidence-based interventions, and specialize in Expressive Art Therapy. I aim to address your issues in a personalized way where you feel understood and empowered as we work together to accomplish your goals, all while honoring your lived experiences.

I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Northern Arizona University. It would be my pleasure to collaborate with you in your journey toward healing, and searching for a therapist is the first step in accomplishing these goals. I also welcome feedback in how I can make our sessions more accessible and effective for you. I look forward to supporting you as you uncover the joy and strength already within you!
