Helps to manage depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harming, stress, anger, suicidal ideations, relationship issues. Each therapist is trained in using the four components of DBT: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness and Distress Tolerance.
Helps to manage problems with thinking mistakes and unhealthy, negative thoughts, typically associated with low self-esteem, body image issues, anxiety and depression. The goal is to turn negative thoughts into more positive ways of thinking. Each therapist is trained in using CBT.
Used to help overcome any trauma or distressing situation from the past. Also, we can help you feel better about any current stressors, and any anticipated future concerns that keep coming up as well.
We all have tough times and it's necessary to have someone we can go to that will listen and allow us to talk out our problems. Each therapist is compassionate and empathetic and will be there for support in a safe and comfortable environment.

With over 20 years of mental health counseling experience, working with children, teenagers and adults, in various settings, I decided to start a group practice in the summer of 2021. We continue to grow as being one of the leading mental health outpatient counseling practices in the valley. I ensure that all of my counselors on my team feel as though they are completely supported and equipped with the knowledge, skills and experience necessary to provide a high level of care to all clients we serve. The practice is held to a high standard both professionally and ethically. We would gladly welcome you to begin with us. I graduated in 2007 with my Master's in Social Work from Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri. I am a Clinical Supervisor through the AZBBHE.
