Welcome! I provide counseling for teens (15+) and adults. I specialize in trauma and PTSD and am trained in EMDR. I believe that many of our behaviors, especially in times of stress or difficulty, often serves as ways to help us feel safe, make sense of our environment, and protect ourselves from perceived threats. With that understanding, my goal is to help clients explore and understand the root causes of their behaviors, creating space for healing and self-compassion. In addition to EMDR, I use polyvagal theory and mindfulness techniques such as meditation, grounding exercises, and deep breathing. I aim to help clients become more present in their lives, so they are able to respond more thoughtfully to stressors, and begin to replace old patterns with healthier, more empowering responses. Vulnerability is a strength, not a weakness. It takes great courage to open up, share your struggles, and allow yourself to be seen- this is where the healing begins! Together, we can create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your feelings, behaviors, and life experiences without fear of judgment. I graduated from Arizona State with my Masters in Social Work.
Welcome! I provide individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults from all walks of life. I work with exploring and understanding one's identity, unpacking and processing trauma, managing stress and anxiety, and working through grief and loss. I specialize in gender identity, dissociative disorders, and especially love working with genderqueer and neurodivergent individuals. My approach is deeply person-centered, focusing on building resilience and empowering individuals on their ever evolving journey of self discovery to navigate life’s challenges and to seek connection. It is my goal to create a safe, engaging, and collaborative environment where clients can explore and develop the skills necessary to live unapologetically. Together we will learn, unlearn, and grow as necessary. I graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Sociology, and completed my MSW at Louisiana State University. I am looking forward to working with you!
Welcome! I work with adults and teenagers providing counseling for depression and anxiety. I specialize in caregiver burnout. My approach essentially is to make all experiences unique and individual-specific. I recently moved to Arizona from New York. I graduated from New York University with a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. I am easy to talk to and offer a non-judgmental atmosphere to open up. I'm looking forward to meeting you.
Welcome! I am a compassionate therapist with over 10 years of counseling experience in working with teenagers and adults providing general mental health counseling. I specialize in using EMDR to treat trauma. I can help you move from feeling stuck and incapable of change to a place of freedom and relief. I am also trained in Polyvagal Theory, and Internal Family Systems. I also implement expressive arts therapy into my sessions, such as art-based interventions, guided mediation or journaling. These creative methods can help clients tap into their inner wisdom, cultivate self-awareness, and develop coping strategies to live a more fulfilling life. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their emotions and work towards healing and personal growth. I have a Master's degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. I welcome anyone seeking support and I'm looking forward to meeting you.
