Sierra Rose, LMSW

Welcome! I work with teenagers and adults who are Neurodivergent, ADHD, Autistic, experiencing relationship issues, anxiety, depression, school and work issues, self-esteem concerns, grief and loss, emotional overwhelm, gender identity, and life transitions. I fully support the LGBTQ+ community. Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted exactly as you are.

My counseling experience has allowed me to support individuals through some of life's most difficult moments. My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and strengths-based. I am compassionate, easy to talk to and use talk therapy, CBT, DBT and Trauma Informed Care.

I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Northern Arizona University and my Master's Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore challenges, strengthen coping skills, and feel more connected to yourself and others.

Demecia Pisano, LMSW

Welcome! I provide counseling for teens (15+) and adults. I specialize in trauma and PTSD and am trained in EMDR.  I believe that many of our behaviors, especially in times of stress or difficulty, often serves as ways to help us feel safe, make sense of our environment, and protect ourselves from perceived threats. With that understanding, my goal is to help clients explore and understand the root causes of their behaviors, creating space for healing and self-compassion. In addition to EMDR, I use polyvagal theory and mindfulness techniques such as meditation, grounding exercises, and deep breathing. I aim to help clients become more present in their lives, so they are able to respond more thoughtfully to stressors, and begin to replace old patterns with healthier, more empowering responses.  Vulnerability is a strength, not a weakness. It takes great courage to open up, share your struggles, and allow yourself to be seen- this is where the healing begins! Together, we can create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your feelings, behaviors, and life experiences without fear of judgment.  I graduated from Arizona State with my Masters in Social Work.

Callie Miller, LMSW

Welcome!  I provide individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults from all walks of life. I work with exploring and understanding one's identity, unpacking and processing trauma, managing stress and anxiety, and working through grief and loss. I specialize in gender identity, dissociative disorders, and especially love working with genderqueer and neurodivergent individuals. My approach is deeply person-centered, focusing on building resilience and empowering individuals on their ever evolving journey of self discovery to navigate life’s challenges and to seek connection. It is my goal to create a safe, engaging, and collaborative environment where clients can explore and develop the skills necessary to live unapologetically. Together we will learn, unlearn, and grow as necessary.  I graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Sociology, and completed my MSW at Louisiana State University. I am looking forward to working with you!

Julie Huffman, LCSW, Clinical Director of Phoenix, Clinical Supervisor

Welcome! I am a compassionate therapist with over 10 years of counseling experience in working with teenagers and adults providing general mental health counseling. I specialize in using EMDR to treat trauma.  I can help you move from feeling stuck and incapable of change to a place of freedom and relief. I am also trained in Polyvagal Theory, and Internal Family Systems. I also implement expressive arts therapy into my sessions, such as art-based interventions, guided mediation or journaling. These creative methods can help clients tap into their inner wisdom, cultivate self-awareness, and develop coping strategies to live a more fulfilling life. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their emotions and work towards healing and personal growth. I have a Master's degree in Social Work from Arizona State University.  I welcome anyone seeking support and I'm looking forward to meeting you.
