Meet Our Team

Brittlee Mills, LAC

Hello! I am a compassionate and client-centered therapist dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and empowering space for clients to explore their emotions, heal, and grow. I specialize in working with adults, teens, adolescents, and children, supporting them through the unique challenges they face such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, life transitions, domestic violence, perinatal mental health, peer relationships, school issues, ADHD, stress, suicidal ideation, and trauma. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s needs. I believe therapy should be both a place for deep healing and meaningful self-discovery—where clients feel comfortable, accepted, and even find moments of joy along the way.  My work is grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based techniques. I also incorporate elements of person-centered therapy and strengths-based approaches to help clients build resilience, confidence, and self-compassion.  I have a Masters in Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University.   If you’re ready to begin your journey toward healing and self-empowerment, I would be honored to support you!

Courtney Downing, LMSW

I have previously worked in corrections as a transitional counselor in a treatment community, a traveling therapist around the valley for clients in assisted living and group homes, and as a community mental health therapist. I have completed trainings in CBT and DBT, and I utilize these techniques along with talk therapy. I completed my undergraduate education in Social Work at the University of Wyoming and my graduate degree in Social Work at Boise State University.  I am looking forward to working with you.

Quinn Leadbetter, LAC

I am a compassionate and dedicated counselor with a true passion for helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys. I began my career in mental health in 2019, working in crisis stabilization, where I developed a deep commitment to providing support during times of acute distress. Since then, my passion for this work has only grown.  I specialize in working with teens (14+) and adults, helping individuals with a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, panic disorder, OCD using EMDR, personality disorders, ADHD, PTSD, anger management, lack of meaning, and substance abuse. My therapeutic approach integrates a variety of modalities, including EMDR, mindfulness-based practices, humanistic-existential therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).   I view healing as a process of learning to observe, accept, and respond to our emotions. In my practice, I provide a safe, compassionate space where we can gently reflect on your struggles and explore what may be causing your distress. My goal is to help you gain understanding, foster resilience, and create meaningful change in your life.  I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Montana State University and a Master's degree  in Counseling, which I completed in 2023. I am deeply committed to your growth and am  honored to walk with you on your journey toward healing.

Kasey Frese, LAC

Welcome! I work with teenagers and adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, betrayal, stress, relationship conflicts, sexual addiction, ADHD, infidelity, autism, divorce and self -esteem issues.
I have been trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) which helps couples create closeness, connection, and safety. I have been trained in sex therapy and addiction including betrayal, trauma, and abandonment. I've guided many couples through the painful aftermath of betrayal trauma, witnessing remarkable transformations through Emotionally Focused Therapy as they rebuild trust and connection. In our sessions, we create a safe space where both partners can express their deepest hurts without judgment, helping the injured partner articulate their needs while supporting the partner who caused harm in developing genuine accountability. What I find most inspiring about this work is watching couples rediscover their deep care for one another beneath layers of hurt, often emerging with relationships that are actually stronger and more intimate than before. Recovery takes time and courage from both partners, but please know that healing is possible with proper support.    With sincere empathy drawn from personal struggle and loss, I support my clients by giving them tools to help them find healing.  I want you to feel understood, seen, and valued!
